About Benson Trial Group

A native of Northern Virginia, Joe Benson grew up in Arlington, VA. Joe attended undergraduate college at Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, MD, on a tennis scholarship. The youngest of five children and the only one to go to college, Joe understands the realities of the day-to-day life of hardworking parents.

Upon graduating from Mount Saint Mary's, Joe served this great country and enlisted into the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman where he served at the Marine Corps Boot Camp at Parris Island, Marine Corps Air Station, and the Naval Hospital in Beaufort, SC.

Following his military service, Joe attended law school at Barry University in Orlando, FL. Joe achieved all of the markers of excellence one could obtain in law school — he was on the law review (Lead Article Editor), Moot Court, and the state-recognized Trial Team.

Joe has been advocating for parents' and consumers' rights since 2003. He is a litigator and a fighter but most of all, a listener. When you choose Benson Trial Group, you will always be able to speak with your attorney.
